Who bills you?
- Direct YouTube billing: cancel on YouTube Paid Memberships.
- Google Play billing: cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
- Apple billing: cancel in Apple Subscriptions.
- If billed through a carrier or bundle partner, cancel with that provider.
What to expect after canceling
- Premium benefits usually continue until the end of your current billing period.
- Auto-renew stops once cancellation is confirmed.
Important warnings
- Deleting the YouTube app does not cancel billing.
- Canceling YouTube Premium is different from deleting your Google account.
- If Pause is offered, it is temporary; only Cancel stops renewal.
