Who bills you?
- Direct Netflix billing: cancel in Netflix Account.
- Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or mobile carrier billing: cancel with that billing provider.
What to expect after canceling
- Most members keep access until the current billing period ends.
- Auto-renew stops after cancellation is confirmed.
Important warnings
- Deleting the Netflix app does not cancel billing.
- Canceling membership is different from deleting your Netflix account.
