How to cancel Self
Use the steps below to cancel your Self account or payment plan.

Tap the Rent+Bills tab in the Self App.

Tap Settings.

Tap Cancel subscription.
Important note
Once your subscription is canceled, we will no longer report your monthly rent or bill payments to the credit bureaus. If your subscription remains inactive or you close your current obligations in your Rent+Bills account, we’ll report your tradelines to the credit bureaus as closed in good standing.
