How to cancel Goodleap

Use the steps below to cancel your Goodleap account or payment plan.

   Call Goodleap Customer Support at 1-844-562-6725 and ask to cancel or close your account.

   Prepare your account details before the call (full name on the account, phone number, and any loan/account reference number shown in your billing documents).

   Confirm the effective cancellation/closure date and ask whether any remaining balance, autopay, or scheduled payments will continue.
