How to cancel Chegg

Use the steps below to cancel your Chegg account or membership.

   Log in to your Chegg account on a web browser.

   Open Chegg Cancellation Page

   Go to My Account and click Orders.

   Under Subscriptions select the one you want to cancel and click Cancel subscription.

   You will be asked to Tell us why you’re canceling. Choose an option and click Continue.

   Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled and you won’t be charged again. You can continue to use your Chegg services until the end of your billing period.
