How to cancel Brigit

Use the steps below to cancel your Brigit account or membership.

   Login to your Brigit account on the web at www.hellobrigit.com

   Open the web at www.hellobrigit.com

   Go to settings and Tap on Membership

3. 3

   Tap ‘Switch to this plan’ (Free plan)

4. 4

   Scroll down and select the green text that says ‘Pause or switch plan’

5. 5

   Scroll down and select the green text that says ‘Switch to the Free plan’

6. 6

   Select your reason for leaving and tap ‘Submit and switch to free’
